About Jennifer Monroe

I’ve enjoyed seventeen years as a licensed Broker and real estate agent incorporating my background as a Residential Designer and Construction Engineer in a way that offers unique insight into architecture, design, and renovation.

 

Houses are my craft. My partner and I started the Indigo Home team from our desire to tap into the emotional aspects of choosing a place to put down roots, whether this starts with designing the architectural drawings for our builders, finishing out custom homes, or assisting our private sellers in prepping / upgrading their home, we aim to achieve the best sale price possible.

 

We genuinely love assisting people with the purchase of their new homes. Our buyers appreciate our collective expertise and friendly companionship. We’re fun and easy to work with, shoulder the big responsibilities, and we love discovering great homes with our clients.

 

Bringing a fresh sensibility to my work is what keeps me inspired. I believe we all have the potential to live our most beautiful life, and I take this mission seriously for my clients and myself.

 

I'm a West Coast native with a deep love of nature, mountain biking, and travel. My special place is Martha’s Vinyard, where I spend part of every summer living my dream. With a longstanding love of real estate, I love putting people and houses together. Because isn't there a little matchmaker in all of us?
